AS A PAINTER, I WOULD SAY THAT PAINTING IS A REFLECTION ON PAINTING, AS A MEDIUM. I AM NOT A PAINTER WHO LIVES FOR PAINTING IN ITSELF, NOT AT ALL. SO I WORK WITH PHENOMENOLOGY, SO TO SPEAK. WITH CONTEMPLATION ON ASPECTS LIKE PERCEPTION AND LANGUAGE, THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VISUAL MANIFESTATIONS AND PERCEPTION. TO ME, MODERN ART IS A REFLECTION ON ART AS A MEDIUM, WHICH INEVITABLY LEADS TO A PHILOSOPHICAL APPROACH TOWARDS THE HUMAN PROGRAM AND OUR OVERALL RELATIONSHIP WITH ESTHETICS AND CONCEPTS. MY PAINTINGS ARE THEREFORE NOT ONLY PAINTINGS AS SUCH, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE MEANT TO BE SEEN AS SINGULAR WORKS OF ART WITHIN AN ENVIRONMENT OR FRAMEWORK, SO TO SPEAK, BUT THEY ARE ALSO REFLECTIONS ON PAINTING AND ON MANIFESTATIONS OF ESTHETICS AND PHENOMENONS IN THEMSELVES.

AS A PHOTOGRAPHER, I WOULD SAY THAT I AM A PERSON WHO WORKS WITH PHENOMENOLOGY. SOMEONE WHO INVESTS HIMSELF IN AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHENOMENONS IN SPACE.

AS A PERFORMANCE ARTIST, I WOULD SAY THAT I AM A BEING WHO DWELLS IN THE EXPERIENCE OF PHENOMENONS, AND WHO INVESTIGATES WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EXPRESSIONS AND OTHER MANIFESTATIONS COME INTO BEING.  TO ME, PERFORMANCE ART IS THEREFORE A KIND OF A PHENOMENOLOGY OF THE MIND, AND AN ART OF CONVEYING THE HUMAN INVESTIGATION OF INNER EXPERIENCE, PERCEPTION, AND OF EXPRESSION AND MOVEMENT ITSELF.

AS A DRAMATIST AND FILMMAKER AND DIRECTOR, I WOULD SAY THAT I WORK WITH ELEMENTS AND RELATIONSHIPS, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HUMAN BEING.

AS A WRITER, I WOULD SAY THAT WRITING IS ABOUT TRUTH. ABOUT FINDING AND CONCEIVING TRUTH. NOT THE TRUTH, THE ONE AND ONLY, BECAUSE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, IT SEEMS. BUT TRUTH IN ITSELF, QUITE SIMPLY, WHATEVER THAT MEANS. TO FIND STATEMENTS AND CONCEPTS THAT I FIND RELEVANT AND VALID WHEN IT COMES TO THE HUMAN CONDITION, SOCIETY, ART, SCIENCE, PHILOSOPHY, POLITICS, HUMAN CIVILIZATION AND GLOBAL WORLD SOCIETY AS A WHOLE.
